terms of service

  • be specific. it will be convenient for both you and me if you send full information (char, format and etc) from the start. i will be able to say right away if this order is able for me or not.

  • please provide a clear character reference. i will not draw chars with bad quality because it would be hard for me to puzzle out. also your watermark shouldn't mess with the understanding of details.

  • refusal. if i think that the order is too complex for me or for any other specific reason i may refuse.

  • payment. i will ask for payment after i've done sketch. you also can ask for corrections! it won't cost a price on this stage unless you abuse it.

  • no refunds. i wish to but i just can't because of the service i'm using. :(

  • no canon chars. i don't want to get in trouble because of commercial use of some media character so no. But fanon chars are alright!

  • no commercial use from my art or nft

  • wips. yes, you will got wips, prob of every stage. i would try not to forget showing progress often!

  • no illegal or offensive art. just no.

  • using my art as pfp/icons/or other non-commercial way is fine/ you can do with it anything as long as you keep my signature readable/mentioning me as author and don't monetize it!

  • my rights. i keep my authorship behind my artwork. i can publish it in my social media and use it as example if needed. but you can ask me to keep your art private with a reason so i could save it between us!

nsfw-art nuances (i won't draw for/with minors)

  • only adult characters. i will not draw cp. i agree only to take characters who are fully grown-up. visually as well.

  • not all fetishes. some of them i find... strange and won't be happy to draw. but some i do! you can ask me directly from the start to get answer right away ♥

  • no zoo-, necro-, raping, dubcon, no ferals
